蒜头焗鸡腿
材料:鸡腿2支,大蒜10粒,洋葱1/2个,铝箔纸1大张,橄榄油1匙
调味料:酱油1大匙,糖1/2茶匙,酒1大匙,盐1/3茶匙,胡椒粉1/4茶匙
1。鸡腿剁成块,用调味料拌均,腌20分钟。
2。洋葱切成细条,大蒜切成厚片。
3。把洋葱铺在铝箔纸上,拌上少许橄榄油,再将鸡块放在上面,撒下大蒜,包好铝箔纸。
4。烤箱预热至240 °C(450°F),放入包好的鸡腿烤20分钟,打开铝箔纸,再烤10分钟,至鸡腿表面焦黄,就可上桌了。
